The Airbalete body is manufactured using hydroforming technology, which allowed to create the ideal shape of the pneumatic speargun with the best maneuverability and hydrodynamics. The Airbalete has an 11mm barrel bore, which facilitates loading at high pressure. In addition, the reduced bore diameter allows the Airbalete to be used with thinner and faster arrows with a diameter of 6 to 7mm;

The hand holding the speargun is in line with the arrow inside the barrel, rather than under the barrel as with other modern air spearguns. This design provides a more natural and accurate aiming. The handle can be easily removed thanks to the large stainless steel locking pin that secures it to the barrel. Removing the handle opens access to the barrel's safety valve, which remains dry during use. In addition, the handle itself can be replaced with another, ergonomic one, which is produced for both right and left hands.

The trigger is specially designed to provide ease of firing regardless of the pressure inside. This is achieved by using a special ejection lever that exponentially changes the load on the trigger. The speargun retaining tooth is made of special high-strength steel and has a special coating to minimize friction. Another innovation for pneumatics is the side-mounted tilting ejector mechanism, as in the most modern spearguns.

The new muzzle is equipped with a power reduction system that can be used quickly and easily during hunting. The holes for water drainage from the barrel (in this speargun they are larger than standard ones and made at an angle) can be closed simply by turning the muzzle ring. As a result, the speed of the speargun will decrease by 15%.
